These doctors provide medical care to our patients in the office as well as numerous outside medical facilities.
In 2001 Dr. Barravecchio founded Allied Medical Associates (AMA) formerly known as North Haledon Medical. He constantly strives to find ways to improve upon the principles which AMA was established. Dr. Paul DeFranco joined Allied Medical Associates (AMA) in January 2007. He completed his undergraduate degree in Neuroscience at the University of Pittsburgh and graduated from The University of Health Sciences College of Osteopathic Medicine in Kansas City in 2000.Dr. Paul DeFranco joined Allied Medical Associates (AMA) in January 2007. Dr. Biller says she enjoys the close relationships she forms with patients and their entire families. Allied Medical Associates' location in the New York metropolitan area brings a diverse patient population with all types of healthcare needs. Dr. Kidangan enjoys providing comprehensive health care to patients of all ages. She believes a strong patient-physician relationship is at the core of being a successful primary care physician. Taisa Airey is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Quinnipiac University in 2015.

Ancillary Medical Staff
These health care providers provide routine medical care outside the office to patients of Allied Medical at various affiliated medical facilities.
Dr. Levan received her B.S and her M.D. from Brown University, and completed her residency in family practice at Overlook Hospital in Summit, NJ, and her fellowship in geriatric medicine at NYU Medical School - Bellevue Hospital. Dr. Craig Eichner is a board-certified internist. He graduated magna cum laude from Princeton University in 1976 and from New Jersey Medical School in 1980. He completed his residency in internal medicine at Mountainside Hospital in Montclair, NJ, serving as Chief Resident in his final year. After graduation from Ramapo College, Dr. Karcnik attended graduate school in Basic Medical Sciences at New York Medical College where she developed an interest in spinal cord injury research. However, rather than pursue a career in lab research, she realized she would rather work with people. American Board of Internal Medicine since 2010. Born in the Philippines and raised in Hackensack, NJ, he received his Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry from Rutgers College in New Brunswick, NJ. Dr. Konstantin Pertsovsky received his medical degree from Minsk Medical School in Minsk, Belarus in 1972. Before coming to the United States in 1990, Dr. Pertsovsky worked as an Ambulatory Surgeon and as an Anesthesiologist in Belarus. Allyson Luski was born and raised in Teaneck, N.J. She graduated from Hawthorne Christian Academy in 2004. As she grew up, many of the people who Allyson looked up to were nurses, and she was inspired by their careers. Brittany Cluney, APN, started her nursing career as a graduate from Holy Name Hospital School of Nursing in 2008. Brittany was hired into the emergency department at Holy Name Hospital and remained on staff for 11 years which is where her passion for taking care of patients began. Ellen Garfing is a board certified adult-gerontology nurse practitioner with AMA since September 2015. She joins the AMA medical teams caring for patients at Kessler-Saddle Brook and JDT Subacute Rehabilitation. Sanjay Raval was born and raised in Elmwood Park, N.J. He graduated from Elmwood Park Memorial High School in 2006. After high school, Sanjay started working at Valley Hospital in Ridgewood, New Jersey as a Patient Care Associate. It was there that Sanjay realized that he wanted to continue his education and become a registered nurse. Marc Oliquiano Musni is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from The University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey in 2010. Hossien “Hoss” Dahdouli, APN started his nursing career as a graduate from Holy Name Medical Center School of Nursing in 2012. Simone Blount, APN started her nursing career as a graduate from Trinitas School of Nursing in 2014.
