Andrew Seise, PA
Andrew Seise was born at Valley Hospital in Ridgewood, N.J. and was raised in nearby Waldwick. Andrew Graduated from Waldwick High School in 1990. He went on to serve as a hospital corpsman in the United States Navy through 1996. During his enlistment Andrew served in many locations including Haiti, Cuba, and Washington D.C.
Andrew served as the president of his Physician Assistant class at Pennsylvania College of Technology, an affiliate of Penn State University in Williamsport, Pa. The Pennsylvania Society of Physician Assistants (PSPA) awarded Andrew their Student Scholarship award in 2000. He was elected to serve as the student representative on the PSPA board of directors in 2001.
Following graduation in August of 2001 Andrew took, and passed, the national certification exam for Physician Assistants as well as the national Physician Assistant surgical exam which he passed with distinction.
In 2002 Andrew received his master's degree from the University of Nebraska with a specialization in Geriatric medicine.
Andrew is a fellow of the American Academy of Physician Assistants as well as the New Jersey State Society of Physician Assistants. Andrew joined AMA in 2002. He regularly assists the physicians of AMA in the daily management of inpatients at both JDT Rehab and Kessler Institute of Rehabilitation. When not caring for patients Andrew enjoys spending time with his family and coaching youth athletics for his two boys. He is an avid sports fan and also enjoys running, hiking, and golf.
